The OUYA, the hackable, Android-based game console announced Tuesday they are partnering with Square Enix to bring their games to the console when it comes to market next year.

Final Fantasy III will be a launch title on the console, according to the OUYA’s Kickstarter page. The game will be updated to support the console’s HD graphics and Tegra 3 processor.

This is the third committed title to be announced for the OUYA, which launched its Kickstarter on July 10 with very little information about what games would come to the console. Since its launch, OUYA has raised more than $5.8 million in funding from those interested in supporting and preordering units.

Other titles that have been announced include Hawken, an upcoming multiplayer mech combat game, and prequel chapters to Human Element, a zombie survival game from the designer behind Call of Duty.

Last week, OUYA announced a partnership with OnLive, which will bring the cloud gaming company’s selection of AAA titles to the console.
